There are plenty of ideas that you can come up with to write a quick article about the your home business, and each of these articles will contain your keywords and links pointing back to your Home business website.

Another great method for coming up with article ideas is to actually go to some of the article hubs and read through some of the articles that others have posted. Do not copy their work, but view a few of them to get some more ideas if you need to.

Once you find an article that gives you a good idea of what to write about, take that subject and put it in your own words. Now when writing an article, you always want to keep your articles short and to the point.

Keeping Your Articles Short And To The Point

For the most part, you should always keep your articles relatively short. My rule of thumb has been to keep my articles to about 500 to 600 words. You do not want your articles too long.

In fact, many article hubs will not publish your articles at all if your article contains more than 800 to 1,000 words. Also, When writing articles limit your paragraphs to 2 or 3 sentences max. This makes them more reader friendly and the article directories like this.

Remember this, Even though we want our articles to be worthy of reading, our main focus is to fill them with relevant keywords that point back to your website. Also, you do not need to be an english professor when writing your articles. Write them in your style of writing and try to sound like a human being in them.

Articles And Your Direct Links

With some article hubs, they will not allow you to have a direct link to your website within the actual article. Instead they will allow you to have a signature at the bottom of the article in which you will include your link to your website there.

Other article hubs do not mind direct links in articles in which you are able to include direct links to your website.

Because of these factors, I suggest you always make two variations of every article you write. One with direct links within the article and one without. This way you are able to post your articles to all the article hubs and still obey their rules.

Embedding Your Keywords Within Your Articles
The final step with your articles is one of the most important steps that you need to follow.

You want to insert your keyword phrases into each and every article that you write. When inserting keywords, the rule that I always followed was to insert a keyword phrase at least 6 to 10 times throughout the article.

The reason you want to do this is so your articles will have relevancy to your keyword group. Now that your articles have relevancy to the keyword group and provide a link back to your home business which is also relevant to your keyword group, it will increase your rankings in the search engines over time.

Time To Submit Your Articles

Now that you have written your article it is time to start submitting it to the top article directories. This will take a little time, however you will simply be copying and pasting it into the directories.

You may also want to consider a submission service. There are services that will submit them for you for a small fee. The advantage to this service is when you submit it once it will go out to hundreds or even thousands of directories all at once!
